XWP,XHP,XMP高壓線路耐污盤形懸式瓷絕緣子
一、用途、結構、型號簡介
高壓線路耐污盤形懸式瓷絕緣子適用于工業粉塵、化工、鹽堿、沿海及多霧地區,供高壓架空輸配電線路上的絕緣和固定導線用,一般組裝成絕緣子串用于不同電壓等級、不同污穢地區的電力線路上。
耐污型絕緣子按其傘形結構分為雙層傘型、鐘罩型、草帽型三種。雙層傘耐污型絕緣子爬電距離大,傘型開放,裙內外光滑無棱,積灰速率低,風雨自潔性能好;鐘罩型耐污懸式絕緣子利用傘內受潮的不同期性及傘下高棱的抑制放電作用,防污性能較好;草帽型耐污懸式絕緣子盤徑大,一般將其放在懸垂串的頂端,對防止鳥害及貫穿性結冰有較好的作用。耐污型懸式絕緣子的結構裝配可參見普通型懸式絕緣子。
