1、主體框架：左右旁板、前鋼板、后背板、頂板及下柜體均采用1.0mm厚馬鋼一級冷軋鍍鋅鋼板，德國進口全自動數控激光切割機下料，折彎采用全自動數控折彎機一次性一體折彎成型，噴涂表面經環氧樹脂靜電流水線自動化噴涂。
2、內襯板/導流板：采用實芯抗倍特板（5mm厚）具有良好的防腐蝕、化學抗性。導流板固定件使用PP優質材質制作一體成型。
3、移動視窗：5mm優質鋼化玻璃，門開啟高度為700mm,自由升降，移門上下滑動裝置采用電梯配重方式結構，無級任意停留，移門導向裝置由抗腐蝕的聚氯乙稀材質構成。移門把手PP一體成型制作，移門旁邊是抗化學腐蝕的塑料包裹，移門的開、閉有橡膠緩沖裝置。
4、通風柜正前方全部為玻璃視窗，有良好的可視范圍。導流板和內襯材料一致，導流板支架由非金屬材料構成。
5、下柜體：臺面采用芯理化板（12.7mm厚）或環氧樹脂陶瓷臺面。耐酸堿，耐沖擊，耐腐蝕，甲醛達到E1級別標準，背面具有不可磨滅背標。
6、連接部分：所有的內部連接裝置都需隱藏布置和抗腐蝕。沒有外露的螺釘。
外部連接裝置都抗化學腐蝕，用聚氯乙稀包裹的不銹鋼部件與非金屬材料。
7、排氣出口：排氣出口為圓形，套管連接，減少氣體擾流。
二、性能及其它配置：
1、通風柜其他內襯材料通風柜，內部其他材料雙面都有環氧樹脂噴涂，耐酸堿及有機溶劑腐蝕的，無裸露金屬或不能抗腐蝕和防火的材料。
2、配件
通風柜配有進口一次性成型PP小杯槽，耐酸堿、耐腐蝕。
通風柜里面配件（單口七字水龍頭）由黃銅構成并安裝在通風柜內部。
通風柜控制面板：采用液晶顯示屏控制面板（可設置快慢自由調節，可適應市場上大部分類似產品）。
通風柜照明：防水熒光燈管，快速啟動類型，安裝置通風柜頂部。照明裝置上面有安全玻璃面板，并且和柜體密封。
