噴漆廢氣產生于工件涂裝的噴漆工作臺，高壓空氣射出的油漆大部分留在工件上，其它的隨著廢氣帶出，形成漆霧粉塵。這些粉塵含量不高，粒徑較小，絕大部分在10μm以下，箱體外部的漆霧在風機的吸力下進入漆霧凈化處理箱，氣液分離器進行氣水分離，分離后向箱內行走，在行走的過程中，遇到多級過濾板,漆霧與過濾板進行*飽和接觸，顆粒狀塵霧被過濾板吸附，余下的干凈尾氣通過網狀過濾器過濾后，再進入活性炭吸附凈化箱，活性炭凈化箱是利用高效吸附材料活性炭吸附有機氣體能力強的優點來凈化空氣的。活性炭凈化箱分進風、活性炭過濾段和出風段組成，有機廢氣從過風口進入箱體，凈化后的達標尾氣在通風機吸力下排向大氣。
