二.微機式電子拉伸力試驗機使用領域：

微機式電子拉伸力試驗機采用步進交流電動機作為動力源；采用*的芯片集成技術，專業設計的PCI數據采集放大和控制系統，試驗力、變形的放大、A/D轉換過程實現了全數字化調整。本機可對各種防水材料進行力學性能測試和分析研究，微機式電子拉伸力試驗機廣泛應用于SBS、瀝青、胎基、復合高分子等各類防水卷材、無紡布、土工布等非金屬材料進行拉伸、延伸率、斷裂伸長率等力學性能試驗，可根據GB、JIS、ASTM、DIN、ISO等標準自動求取試驗力值、斷裂力值、抗拉強度、斷裂延伸率等試驗數據。

三、微機式電子拉伸力試驗機重點描述：

l主機：該機采用單臂式結構，橫梁升降可以無級調速，更換立柱、絲杠、外罩后可改變試驗空間。傳動系統由低噪音圓弧同步齒輪帶減速系統、絲杠副組成，運行平穩，效率高、噪音低、無污染。

四、微機式電子拉伸力試驗機功能介紹

l本機采用內置式控制器，保證了該試驗機可以實現等速位移控制。

l采用中國臺灣品牌交流伺服電機，性能穩定、可靠，具有過流、過壓、超速、過載等保護裝置。調速比可達1:5000。

l電氣控制線路參照國際標準，符合國家試驗機電氣標準，抗力強，保證了控制器的穩定性，實驗數據準確性。

l自動換檔：根據負荷大小自動切換到適當的量程，以確保測量數據的準確性；實現了真正意義上的物理調零、增益調整及試驗力測量的自動換檔、調零、標定和存盤，無任何模擬調節環節，控制電路高度集成化

l條件存盤：試驗控制數據和試樣條件可制成模塊，方便了批量試驗的進行；

l自動變速：試驗過程中移動橫梁的速度可按預先設定的程序自動變化，也可手動變化；

l自動標定：系統可自動實現示值準確度的標定；

l自動保存：試驗結束，試驗數據和曲線自動保存；

l過程實現：試驗過程、測量、顯示和分析等均由微機完成；
