ZF-5型手提式紫外分析儀是上海嘉鵬科技有限公司新研制紫外儀器系列之，可發出短波、中波、長波紫外線和可見光四種波長的光輻射。四用紫外分析儀ZF-4型發出的紫外線強度，穩定性好，廣泛應用于分子生物學，化學鑒定等。
1 、在生物化學中，可對DNA、RNA 電泳凝膠樣品進行觀察分析，檢測蛋白質、核甘酸等。
2 、在工業中，可用來檢查**生物堿、維生素等能產生螢光的藥品質量，特別適宜作薄層分析，紙層分析和檢測。
3 、在化工、染料工業中、可鑒別不同種類的原油和橡膠制品，測定各種螢光材料、螢光指示劑、添加劑等。

①紫外濾色片不能和金屬物體碰擦，不能受力，表面應保持干燥清潔，每次使用完畢要用干凈紗布擦凈。
②操作人員使用時，應將紫外線對準樣品照射，并避免紫外線照射到人體。
