防爆*清掃系統結構組成
電機采用隔爆型三相異步電機，防爆電機采用隔爆外殼把可能產生火花、電弧和危險溫度的電氣部分與周圍的爆炸性其他混合物隔開，滿足GB3836.1-20000《爆炸性氣體環境用電氣設備：通用要求》和GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性氣體環境用電氣設備：隔爆型“d”》的要求，防爆等級：EX tD A21 IP65 T135℃，可滿足連續24小時連續作業的工況。設計生產符合ISO、IEC、GB等相關標準的要求，其防護等級為IP65，絕緣等級為F。
考慮現場粉塵性質,主機設計需要防爆, 為充分保證機器的安全運行，在機器側面裝耐0.01MPa的防壓膜片，此膜片有良好的剛性、抗疲勞性，不會因機器的連續運行而過早損壞；一旦發生粉塵爆炸，泄爆膜片將快速破裂而泄壓，防止機器發生爆炸，保護作業者不受爆炸的危險，且發生爆炸后，只需要更換泄爆膜片即可再次使用，降低爆炸帶來的經濟損失。
設備進風口安裝隔爆閥, 避免“二次”爆炸或系統爆炸事故的發生，從而減輕爆炸災害。
