執行器的選用Actuator selection
1、雙作用式GTD

安裝、調試與維護Installation, commissioning and maintenance
1、GT系列氣動執行器可與閥門直接連接，也可通過支架和接頭與閥門安裝連接。
2、安裝時必須保證氣動執行器的輸出軸與閥門軸的同軸度。
3、管接頭機導管內部清潔干凈，無多余物，粉塵及油污等。
4、電磁閥、電氣定位器、電氣轉換器、氣動定位器、回信器等應按相關說明進行安裝、調試。
5、氣動執行器兩端的調節螺釘，可以微量調整閥門的開啟角度，調整后必須將螺母銷緊。
6、執行器與閥門應同時調試，對閥門加壓到額定壓力，執行器以氣源壓力0.4~0.7Mpa對兩個進氣口切換進氣，管擦閥門打開和關閉情況，應轉動靈活無停頓，針爬行亂象，  
      并進行多次反復試驗。
7、安裝電磁閥的氣動執行器，調試時應先用手動按鈕操作（電磁閥上的紅色按鈕）調試，然后再通電調試。
8、源應保持干燥、清潔、定期對與執行器相配合使用的空氣過濾器進行放水、排污。正常使用情況下每月檢查一次，每年檢修一次。
