印刷廢氣處理設備可采用雙氣路連續(xù)工作，工作量較大時設兩個吸附床交替切換使用，一個催化燃燒室，先將有機廢氣經(jīng)其中一個活性炭吸附床對氣流中的廢氣進行吸附，當活性炭快達到飽和時吸附床兩端的密閉閥門同時關閉，即停止吸附工作，同時另一臺吸附床自動打開開始接替吸附工作。如此以來兩臺吸附床切換運行可實現(xiàn)大工作量的連續(xù)工作。
洗滌塔是一種新型的氣體凈化處理設備。它是在可浮動填料層氣體凈化器的基礎上改進而產(chǎn)生的，廣泛應用于工業(yè)廢氣凈化、除塵等方面的前處理，凈化效果很好。由于其工作原理類似似洗滌過程，故名洗滌塔。
