Anti-Integrin beta 6抗體,價(jià)格整合素β6/Integrin β6抗體產(chǎn)品介紹 Integrins are heterodimers composed of noncovalently associated transmembrane a and b subunits. The 16 a and 8 b subunits heterodimerize to produce more than 20 different receptors. Most integrin receptors bind ligands that are components of the extracellular matrix, including Fibronectin, collagen and vitronectin. Certain integrins can also bind to soluble ligands, such as fibrinogen, or to counterreceptors on adjacent cells such as the intracellular adhesion molecules (ICAMs), leading to aggregation of cells. Ligands serve to cross-link or cluster integrins by binding to adjacent integrin receptors; both receptor clustering and ligand occupancy are necessary for the activation of integrin-mediated responses. In addition to mediating cell adhesion and cytoskeletal organization, integrins function as signaling receptors. Signals transduced by integrins play a role in many biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, migration and apoptosis.
整合素β6/Integrin β6抗體儲(chǔ)存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲(chǔ)存。低溫存放不會(huì)損傷抗體活性。抗體的工作液通常儲(chǔ)存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失。抗體溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因?yàn)榉磸?fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物。抗體的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點(diǎn)的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過(guò)濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類(lèi)的抗體不能存放于4℃。因?yàn)樵?℃下此類(lèi)抗體會(huì)發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類(lèi)的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
