潤杰過濾科技有限公司生產的TZX2-1000*5、TZX2.BH-1000×5黎明液壓濾芯安裝在液壓系統的回油管路處，用以濾除油液中諸元件磨損的金屬粉末以及密封件磨損的橡膠雜質等，使流回油箱中的油液保持清潔，有利于系統中油液循環使用。該濾芯分化纖式，紙質式、網式和線隙式四種。化纖式比紙質式過濾效果好，精度高，化纖式和紙質式濾芯堵塞后清洗比較困難，因此必須更換濾芯。

TZX2-1000*5、TZX2.BH-1000×5黎明液壓濾芯產品簡介：
該系列黎明濾芯采用流體外進內出的設計方式，內部設置有支撐骨架，濾材在支撐孔板外側迎風面處，打折成型增加了濾材的過濾面積提高了納污量。過濾精度1-180微米供客戶根據油液清潔度情況選擇，該系列濾芯能承受10kg的壓差，可以在-20℃---100℃的環境下工作。濾芯端蓋采用鋁棒機加工，配有密封圈保護連接無泄漏，保持過濾系統正常工作。

黎明過濾器濾芯采用新型化纖過濾材質，具有過濾精度高、通油能力大、原始壓力損失少、納污量大等優點，其過濾精度以過濾精度標定，過濾比p3、5、10、20>100，過濾效率n≥99%，符合ISO標準。

1.該濾芯具有排污方便、流通面積大、壓力損失小，結構簡單，體積小，重量輕、過濾材質均勻等。
