產(chǎn)品介紹:The COP9 signalosome (CSN) complex is involved in several different developmental and cellular processes. The complex is made up of several widely expressed proteins: CSN1 (COPS1), CSN2 (COPS2), CSN3 (COPS3), CSN4 (COPS4), CSN5 (COPS5), CSN6 (COP6), CSN7a (COPS7, COPS7a) or CSN7b (COP7b) and CSN8 (COP8). The CSN complex acts as a regulator for the ubiquitin conjugation pathway by mediating the deneddylation of the SCF-type E3 ligase complexes, which leads to a decrease in ubiquitin ligase activity of SCF-complexes. It is also involved in the phosphorylation of p53, c-Jun, I?Bå and IRF-8, as well as CSN-dependent phosphorylation of p53, and c-Jun protects and promotes degradation by the Ubl system. CSN7 is phosphorylated by CK2 and is composed of two subunits; a and b. CSN7a contains a PCI (Proteasome CSN9 initiation factor 3) region, as well as a coiled-coil region and is predicted to interact with CSN2, CSN3, CSN4, CSN5, CSN6, CSN8, and GPS1. CSN7b contains only a PCI region and is predicted to interact with INT6.

IL-7Ra抗體-白細胞介素-7受體a抗體保存條件:Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

一、變難為易
1、減少序列長度
肽的長度增加導致粗產(chǎn)物純度降低,小于15個殘基的肽較容易得到.當肽鏈增加到20個以上時,正常產(chǎn)物的量就要考慮。在具體實踐中殘基低于20往往能得到更好的結果;
2、減少疏水殘基
疏水殘基占明顯優(yōu)勢的肽,尤其在距C端7―12個殘基的區(qū)域,會引起合成困難,一般認為由于合成中形成β折疊片,而產(chǎn)生不*配對。當然,可用幾個極性殘基置換,或加入Gly或Pro易打開肽結構可能會得到幫助;
3、減少“難度”殘基
有多個Cys、Met、Arg、Try殘基一般難以合成,Ser通常可作為非氧化替換。
