產品介紹：CDC25A is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases. CDC25A is required for progression from G1 to the S phase of the cell cycle. It activates the cyclin-dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups. CDC25A is specifically degraded in response to DNA damage, which prevents cells with chromosomal abnormalities from progressing through cell division. CDC25A is an oncogene, although its exact role in oncogenesis has not been demonstrated. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Cdc25A抗體-細胞分裂周期蛋白25抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

一、變難為易

1、減少序列長度

肽的長度增加導致粗產物純度降低，小于15個殘基的肽較容易得到.當肽鏈增加到20個以上時，正常產物的量就要考慮。在具體實踐中殘基低于20往往能得到更好的結果；

2、減少疏水殘基

疏水殘基占明顯優勢的肽，尤其在距C端7―12個殘基的區域，會引起合成困難，一般認為由于合成中形成β折疊片，而產生不*配對。當然，可用幾個極性殘基置換，或加入Gly或Pro易打開肽結構可能會得到幫助；

3、減少“難度”殘基

有多個Cys、Met、Arg、Try殘基一般難以合成，Ser通常可作為非氧化替換。
