產品介紹：Mutations in this gene are a cause of neurosensory nonsyndromic recessive deafness, DFNB9. The short form of the encoded protein has 3 C2 domains, a single carboxy-terminal transmembrane domain found also in the C. elegans spermatogenesis factor FER-1 and human dysferlin, while the long form has 6 C2 domains. The homology suggests that this protein may be involved in vesicle membrane fusion. Several transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been found for this gene.

Otoferlin抗體-耳聾相關蛋白NSRD9抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1.石蠟切片正常脫蠟至水，PBS洗5分鐘，2次
2.抗原修復，0.01M枸櫞酸修復液，沸水浴熱修復15分鐘
3.正常山羊血清封閉20分鐘，37℃
4.一抗孵育，4℃過夜。
5.PBS洗5分鐘，3次
6.熒光標記二抗孵育，37℃，90分鐘
7.PBS洗5分鐘，3次
8.DAPI復染，PBS洗5分鐘，3次
9.防淬滅熒光封片劑封片
