Anti-Integrin alpha 3抗體,整合素α3抗體產品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of integrins. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain, and function as cell surface adhesion molecules. This gene encodes alpha 3 subunit, which undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain to yield disulfide-linked light and heavy chains that join with beta 1 subunit to form an integrin that interacts with many extracellular-matrix proteins. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.避免反復凍融，保質期一年。

上海研盟生物科技有限公司免疫熒光染色技術是將熒光素作為抗體標記物進行免疫組織化學染色，帶有熒光素的抗體孵育后可以直接使用熒光顯微鏡觀測。該技術的主要特點是：特異性強、敏感性高、速度快；缺點是由于熒光素有一定的淬滅周期，玻片無法*保存，需要在染色結束后盡快進行鏡下觀測分析。

免疫熒光染色分為直接法和間接法。直接法是熒光素直接標記在一抗上，孵育后直接觀測，快速高效，還可以與多個標記抗體一起做多重熒光染色。間接法是熒光素標記在二抗上，相比直接法染色背景更干凈，費用花費也少。

免疫熒光染色與免疫組化前期處理相同，因為內源性過氧化物酶對免疫熒光實驗沒有影響，同時雙氧水反而會干擾到熒光素發光，所以這步操作在免疫熒光中不需要做。

常用的熒光顯微鏡一般有三個通路，激發波長為350nm、488nm、555nm附近，分別對應的熒光發射光顏色為藍光、綠光、紅光。

350nm常用熒光素：DAPI（復染用），Alexa Fluor 350

488nm常用熒光素：FITC，Alexa Fluor 488

免疫熒光雙重染色熒光雙染或多重染色是指將帶有不同熒光素標記的抗體孵育在同一張切片上，鏡下觀察時將不同的顏色組合在一起，將不同的抗原表達情況一起呈現出來，這樣分析多個抗原的關聯性更客觀、更直接。

熒光雙染也有直接法和間接法。直接法是使用帶有不同熒光素標記的兩個抗體同時孵育后觀測；間接法需要用到兩個不同種屬來源的一抗（例如一個鼠源抗體，一個兔源抗體），后面要選擇與一抗相對應的二抗同時需要帶有不同的熒光素標記（例如FITC標記山羊抗小鼠和Cy3標記山羊抗兔），間接法需要同時兼顧一抗和二抗的種屬關系，避免出現相互的交叉反應。
