Anti-Integrin Alpha V+Beta 3抗體,整合素αVβ3抗體產品介紹：Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. They are known to participate in cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signalling. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain.
CD51 encodes integrin alpha chain V. The I-domain containing integrin alpha V undergoes post-translational cleavage to yield disulfide-linked heavy and light chains, that combine with multiple integrin beta chains to form different integrins. The CD61 protein product is the integrin beta chain beta 3. Integrin beta 3 is found along with the alpha IIb chain in plaets.
Integrin alpha V/beta 3 is a receptor for cytotactin, fibronectin, laminin, matrix metalloproteinase 2, osteopontin, osteomodulin, prothrombin, thrombospondin, vitronectin and von Willebrand factor. Integrin alpha V/beta 3 recognizes the sequence R-G-D in a wide array of ligands. The alpha V integrins are receptors for vitronectin, cytotactin, fibronectin, fibrinogen, laminin, matrix metalloproteinase 2, osteopontin, osteomodulin, prothrombin, thrombospondin and von Willebrand factor. They recognize the sequence R-G-D in a wide array of ligands.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.避免反復凍融，保質期一年。

多抗的純化是一件比較簡單的事情，因為人工干預比較大，所以對實驗者的操作依賴性較強。很多新手覺得這是一件比較復雜困難的工作，但是如果理解了原理，就可以自行改進實驗了。多抗純化方法比較多，過去有用鹽析法純化的，有用辛酸-硫酸銨沉淀的方式純化的，也有用冷酒精沉淀的方式純化的，也有后來的離子交換層析和Protein A、G、A/G 純化的，但是在今天，市場上幾乎所有的抗體都是通過抗原親和純化得到的，與其它方法相比，抗原親和層析得到的抗體效率高、產量高、產品純、操作簡單。鑒于很多網友問起這方面的問題，我就詳細地講一講親和純化原理和操作。

說到親和層析，還得從上個世紀60年代說起。當年美國NIH（National Institutes of Health）

有個學生在研究一種酶和抑制劑之間的相互作用的時候，突發奇想：既然此酶可以和抑制劑結合，那如果把抑制劑固定起來，不就可以用來純化酶了嗎？試了一下覺得果然可行于是發了論文，從那之后，就出現了各種各樣的親和層析，親和配基與配體可以是酶與底物、酶與抑制劑、激素與受體、抗原和抗體、糖蛋白與凝集素、*與親和素、*與二價金屬離子、卟啉環與亞鐵離子等。親和層析精髓：將一種分子固定，用來吸附另一種特異性分子，zui后將其洗脫下來。
