Anti-Integrin alpha 7抗體,整合素α7抗體產品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the integrin alpha chain family. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. They mediate a wide spectrum of cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, and thus play a role in cell migration, morphologic development, differentiation, and metastasis. This protein functions as a receptor for the basement membrane protein laminin-1. It is mainly expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscles and may be involved in differentiation and migration processes during myogenesis. Defects in this gene are associated with congenital myopathy. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene. 

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.避免反復凍融，保質期一年。

1、抗原包板：15ug/ml 小鼠IgG-pH9.6·CB液 0.1ml/孔；

2、37°C包被60min或4°C過夜；

3、PBST洗板3次，5min/次；

4、加入倍比稀釋的HRP標記抗體 0.1ml/孔；

5、37°C 30min；

6、PBST洗板5min/次×3；

7、底物液0.1ml/孔 37°C 5-10min；

8、終止液：2N H2SO4 0.05ml/孔；

9、450nm 測定OD值；

10、陽性OD值比對照值大3倍，為判斷效價稀釋度。
