Anti-SLC38A2抗體,氨基酸轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白2抗體產(chǎn)品介紹:The sodium-coupled neutral amino acid transporters (SNAT) of the SLC38 gene family include System A subtypes SNAT1, SNAT2 and SNAT4 and System N subtypes SNAT3 and SNAT5. The SLC38 transporters are essential for the uptake of nutrients, energy production, metabolism, detoxification, and the cycling of neurotransmitters. SNAT2, also designated ATA2, PRO1068 and SAT2 is encoded by the human gene SLC38A2. The functional role of SNAT2 in the nervous system is unclear. Protein expression is notably enriched in the spinal cord and brain stem nuclei of the auditory system. System A transport proteins are also present in placental tissue. These SNAT proteins may play a significant role in fetal development and inhibition of the transport system has been associated with fetal growth retardation.

其目的在于證明和肯定陽性結(jié)果的特異性,排除非特異性疑問。主要是針對*抗體對照,常用的對照方法包括:1. 陽性對照;2. 陰性對照;3. 阻斷實驗; 4.替代對照;5. 空白對照;6. 自身對照;7. 吸收實驗.
1. 陽性對照用已知抗原陽性的切片作對照與待檢標(biāo)本同時進行免疫組織化學(xué)染色,對照切片應(yīng)呈陽性結(jié)果,成為陽性對照。證明全過程均符合要求,尤其當(dāng)待檢標(biāo)本呈現(xiàn)陰性結(jié)果時,陽性對照尤為重要。
2.陰性對照用確證不含已知抗原的標(biāo)本作對照,應(yīng)呈陰性結(jié)果,成為陰性對照,是陰性對照的一種。其實空白、替代、吸收和抑制都屬于陰性對照。當(dāng)待檢標(biāo)本呈陽性結(jié)果時,陰性對照就更加重要,用以排除假陽性。
顯色觀察
免疫酶染色應(yīng)注意控制:
1. 呈色質(zhì)濃度和反應(yīng)時間。增加成色質(zhì)的量和(或)增加底物反應(yīng)時間,可增加反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物強度;著色太深可減少反應(yīng)時間。
2. 過氧化物酶顯色時,H2O2濃度較大將使顯色反應(yīng)過快而至背景加深;過量H2O2可能抑制酶的活性。
