潤杰過濾科技生產的BOSCH博世液壓濾芯1457431108是對國外進口設備用濾芯國產化后的替代互換產品，可以替代MAHLE瑪勒、PALL頗尓、hydac賀德克、Parker派克、argo雅閣、stauff西德福、FILTREC富卓、 TAISEI KOGYO大生濾芯、 INTERRANMAN英德諾曼、MP-FILTRI翡翠、DONALDSON唐納森、 VICKERS威格士、EPPENSTEINER （EPE）濾芯使用。

構造簡介：
該系列1457431108濾芯采用流體外進內出的設計方式，內部設置有支撐骨架，濾材在支撐孔板外側迎風面處，打折成型增加了濾材的過濾面積提高了納污量。過濾精度1-25微米供客戶根據油液清潔度情況選擇，該系列濾芯能承受10kg的壓差，可以在-20℃---100℃的環境下工作。濾芯端蓋采用金屬冷板拉伸而成，配有密封圈保護連接無泄漏，保持過濾系統正常工作。

應用范圍：
在液壓系統中，BOSCH博世液壓濾芯系列用于濾除工作介質中的固體顆粒及膠狀物質，有效控制工作介質的污染度。
在工程機械中，用于清除驅動液壓油當中的磨損顆粒及懸濁物。
在化工設備中，清除機械因磨損產生的固體顆粒及污染物。
液壓過濾小車中，能幫助客戶在加油時清除掉油液中的水分及固體顆粒。
造紙機械中產生固體顆粒的清理和污水凈化。
