PG9800T 瓶胚斷面厚度測量儀是一款自動測量單層PET 容器壁厚分布的儀器。PG9800T 在單次操作中提供無損、準確且可重復的壁厚分布測量。  

PG9810T瓶胚斷面厚度測量儀適用于測量多層不同材料的瓶容器或者瓶胚的尼龍阻隔材料的存在性和厚度。PG9810T采用近紅外光學系統，測量快速、準確且無破壞性的。

 PG9810T的3種測量測試模式：

1.高度的厚度之通過或者不通過測試模式：可以在一次實驗中，測試用戶自定義的8個瓶胚高度段，測試瓶胚每個高度段對應的zui小厚度，zui大厚度，平均厚度，并把測試結果以通過或者不通過的形式顯示出來；

2.垂直方向的厚度測試模式：從瓶胚頂到瓶胚底進行垂直掃描，然后用圖片的形式把垂直方向的厚度顯示出來，并計算出垂直方向的平均厚度；

3.水平方向的厚度測試模式：可以一次測試用戶自定義的8個高度，360度水平掃描瓶胚在每個高度范圍對應區域的zui小厚度，zui大厚度，平均厚度。

PG9800T 可以測量：垂直和水平壁厚分布測量; 綜合區域平均值計算; 總體高度測量。
