英文介紹：This gene encodes a long chain base subunit of serine palmitoyltransferase. Serine palmitoyltransferase, which consists of two different subunits, is the key enzyme in sphingolipid biosynthesis. It catalyzes the pyridoxal-5-prime-phosphate-dependent condensation of L-serine and palmitoyl-CoA to 3-oxosphinganine. Mutations in this gene were identified in patients with hereditary sensory neuropathy type I.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-SPTLC2抗體,*棕櫚酰轉移酶2抗體封閉(Blocking):
轉膜完畢后，立即把蛋白膜放置到預先準備好的Western洗滌液中，漂洗1-2分鐘，以洗去膜上的轉膜液。從轉膜完畢后所有的步驟，一定要注意膜的保濕，避免膜的干燥，否則極易產生較高的背景。
用微型臺式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，加入Western封閉液，在搖床上緩慢搖動,室溫封閉60分鐘。對于一些背景較高的抗體，可以在4℃ 封閉過夜。
