保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：This gene encodes an epididymal protease inhibitor, which contains both kunitz-type and WAP-type four-disulfide core (WFDC) protease inhibitor consensus sequences. Most WFDC genes are localized to chromosome 20q12-q13 in two clusters: centromeric and omeric. This gene is a member of the WFDC gene family and belongs to the omeric cluster. The protein can inhibit human sperm motility, and polymorphisms in this gene are associated with male infertility. Read-through transcription also exists between this gene and the downstream WFDC6 (WAP four-disulfide core domain 6) gene.

Anti-Eppin抗體,附睪蛋白酶抑制蛋白一抗孵育(Primary antibody incubation):
參考一抗的說明書，按照適當比例用Western一抗稀釋液稀釋一抗。
用微型臺式真空泵吸盡封閉液，立即加入稀釋好的一抗，室溫或4℃在側擺搖床上緩慢搖動孵育一小時。如果一抗孵育一小時效果不佳，可以在4℃緩慢搖動孵育過夜。回收一抗。加入Western洗滌液，在側擺搖床上緩慢搖動洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結果背景較高可以適當延長洗滌時間并增加洗滌次數。
