Anti-NSMCE4A抗體,NSMCE4A蛋白抗體介紹：Component of the SMC5-SMC6 complex, a complex involved in DNA double-strand breaks by homologous recombination. The complex may promote sister chromatid homologous recombination by recruiting the SMC1-SMC3 cohesin complex to double-strand breaks. The complex is required for omere maintenance via recombination in ALT (alternative lengthening of omeres) cell lines and mediates sumoylation of shelterin complex (osome) components which is proposed to lead to shelterin complex disassembly in ALT-associated PML bodies (APBs). Is involved in positive regulation of response to DNA damage stimulus.
保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
