這樣,用PLC實現(xiàn)模擬量控制是*可能的。控制的單位值可小到212分之一的測量程值,多數(shù)也是足夠的。
PLC進(jìn)行模擬量控制,還有A/D、D/A組合在一起的單元,并可用PID或模糊控制算法實現(xiàn)控制,可得到很高的控制質(zhì)量。
用PLC進(jìn)行模擬量控制的好處是,在進(jìn)行模擬量控制的同時,開關(guān)量也可控制。這個優(yōu)點是別的控制器所不具備的,或控制的實現(xiàn)不如PLC方便。
當(dāng)然,若純?yōu)槟M量的系統(tǒng),用PLC可能在性能價格比上不如用調(diào)節(jié)器。這也是應(yīng)當(dāng)看到的。
3.3用于運(yùn)動控制
實際的物理量,除了開關(guān)量、模擬量,還有運(yùn)動控制。如機(jī)床部件的位移,常以數(shù)字量表示。
運(yùn)動控制,有效的辦法是NC,即數(shù)字控制技術(shù)。這是50年代誕生于美國的基于計算機(jī)的控制技術(shù)。當(dāng)今已很普及,并也很完善。目前,*國家的金屬切削機(jī)床,數(shù)控化的比率已超過40%~80%,有的甚至更高。
